Affidavit Notaires was founded in 2018 within the framework of the law of 6 August 2015 ‘for growth, activity and equal economic opportunities’, known as the ‘Macron law’ by Amaury Guilloteau, Alexandre Leroy-Pélissier and Germain Cooche.

Amaury, Alexandre and Germain all came from leading Parisian law firms, where they met in the late 2000s. They wanted to develop a new entrepreneurial project to offer a notarial service in line with their values and their clients’ aspirations.

With this in mind, the firm has put together a team of Civil Law Notaries and lawyers trained at leading notarial practices, and organised them into centres of expertise to provide effective and relevant support to all its clients.

After several years’ experience in renowned firms, Yann joined Affidavit in 2022 and became a partner in 2025. His association is the culmination of a fruitful collaboration with the current partners, with whom he shares the same values and the requirement to respond to clients’ notarial concerns. 

Affidavit Notaires is thus continuing to develop and further establish its expertise in all areas of notarial activity: real estate for private individuals and professionals, property development, financing, rural and forestry law, family law, estate planning and international law.
